TimberStone Construction Ltd. provides a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship that become apparent within one year of project completion and are directly related to the work performed by TimberStone.

If a covered workmanship issue arises during the warranty period, TimberStone will review the concern and, at TimberStone’s discretion, repair or correct the affected area at no additional cost to the client. All warranty claims are subject to a site inspection to determine eligibility, and any repair or correction applies only to the specific area of work originally completed. Repairs made under this warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

This warranty is valid only once the project has been paid in full.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • materials, fixtures, or products supplied by the client
  • work altered, repaired, or modified by others after completion
  • pre-existing issues or conditions unrelated to TimberStone’s work
  • damage caused by environmental conditions, unforeseen events, or factors outside TimberStone’s control

Materials, fixtures, and installed products may carry their own manufacturer warranties. TimberStone does not provide additional coverage beyond those manufacturer warranties and is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

Warranty concerns must be reported in writing within the warranty period, and the client must provide reasonable access for inspection and any required repairs.

This warranty is limited to workmanship only and does not include any additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated above.

TimberStone is committed to quality craftsmanship and responsible follow-up. Our goal is to ensure your project performs as intended and that you feel supported long after the work is complete.
