  • Misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Client-supplied materials or fixtures

TimberStone Construction Ltd. provides a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship that become apparent within one year of project completion and are directly related to the work performed by TimberStone.

If a covered workmanship issue arises during the warranty period, TimberStone will review the concern and, where deemed appropriate, repair or correct the affected area at no additional cost. All claims are subject to inspection, and repairs apply only to the original scope of work. Repairs do not extend the warranty period.
